Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
