PERA GALLERY HELP CENTRE

How can we help?

Find clear answers about displaying your artwork, framing options, delivery, returns, damaged items, and order tracking.

What is the best way to hang my artwork?

For the most balanced look, we usually recommend hanging artwork at eye level. As a guide, the centre of the artwork should sit around 145–155 cm from the floor. This helps the piece feel naturally connected to the room rather than sitting too high.

If the artwork is placed above a sofa, bed, console, or dining table, leave enough space between the furniture and the bottom of the artwork so the arrangement feels clean and intentional.

What does “Ready to Hang” mean?

“Ready to Hang” means the artwork is prepared for wall display without needing major extra work from you. Depending on the selected product option, it may include a finished frame, stretched canvas, or a hanging system already attached.

You will still need to use the correct wall hook, screw, or fixing suitable for your wall type. Once installed, your artwork can be placed directly on the wall.

How is our artwork framing prepared?

Our framing approach is designed to make the artwork look complete, refined, and suitable for modern interiors. We focus on presentation, proportion, and the overall feeling of the final piece.

A good frame should support the artwork without overpowering it. It should protect the piece, improve the way it sits on the wall, and help it feel finished inside your home or workspace.

What makes luxury art framing different?

Luxury art framing is about giving the artwork a more premium and polished appearance. It focuses on quality presentation, elegant finishing, and a stronger visual impact on the wall.

The right frame can make an artwork feel more valuable and considered. It can also help the piece match the style of the room and become a stronger part of the interior design.
